Crazy Paper Chasin Day

On the first day of orientation, the leader of the BU Program announced a competition called the “Paper Chase.”  Essentially, it is a scavenger hunt around the city.  You have to find different landmarks/statues/streets/restaurants and get bonus points for talking to people and finding good deals and interesting places.  Today, we had the day off from class, so my roommate and I spent the entire day “paper chasin.” We got to see so much of the city! We went to Picadilly Circle, Trafalgar Square, Chinatown, Soho, Seven Dials, the Globe Theatre, Tate Modern, and we ended the day with a film at the Southbank National Film Theatre.  We walked all over the place and found so many cool places.   It was a HUGE day, and I’m really excited to start putting all my pictures together for the contest.
